Sold Out Society — 113 E 11th St
We'll start with ourselves because we know exactly what we carry and why it's worth the visit. Sold Out Society is a curated vintage thrift and streetwear shop located at 113 E 11th St in the heart of the downtown LA Fashion District. We specialize in 90s and 2000s streetwear, vintage hip-hop and band tees, rare jackets, custom-printed originals, and one-of-a-kind finds sourced directly from within the district.
The shop is run by TJ, who is there every day — sourcing, curating, and working on new custom pieces. The inventory moves constantly. What's here today may not be here next week. That's by design. We also carry pieces from Not For Resale LA, a reconstructed fashion brand built from reworked and distressed garments made in-house.

The Fashion District — What to Know Before You Go
The downtown LA Fashion District runs roughly from 7th Street south to 16th Street, between Main and San Pedro. It is the largest fashion district in the United States and the source of much of what ends up in vintage and thrift stores across the country. Buying here means buying closer to the source.
The best vintage and thrift finds in the district are concentrated in a few pockets — around 11th and 12th Street especially, where independent shops and pop-ups operate alongside wholesale fabric and clothing suppliers. This is where the serious hunters come. Early mornings on weekdays are when the real inventory moves.
What to Look For When Shopping Vintage in Downtown LA
Downtown LA thrift and vintage operates differently from curated resale boutiques in Silver Lake or Venice. The prices are lower, the curation is rawer, and the inventory is higher volume. That means you find more — and you have to look harder. The shops that have a curatorial eye (like ours) do the hard work for you. The warehouse-style spots require more effort but can yield serious finds at serious prices.
Come with patience, wear comfortable shoes, and go early. The best pieces don't last until the afternoon.
